Terms & Conditions – Free Hearing Test

Hearing Clinic Group offers complimentary hearing tests to eligible individuals at participating clinic locations across Ontario.

Eligibility

The free hearing test offer is available to:

Ontario residents aged 55 years or older
Individuals who present a valid Ontario Health Card at the time of their appointment

The Hearing Clinic Group reserves the right to verify eligibility at the clinic.

What the Free Hearing Test Includes

The free hearing test may include:

A consultation regarding hearing concerns and lifestyle needs
A visual ear examination
A hearing assessment conducted by a hearing professional

The specific tests performed may vary depending on clinical judgment.

Results are explained verbally during your appointment.

Services Not Included

The free hearing test does not include:

Hearing aids or assistive listening devices
Hearing aid fittings or adjustments
Ear wax removal services
Follow-up appointments or additional testing

These services may be available at an additional cost.

Standard Fees — Employment Tests & Documentation

Please note: Standard clinic fees apply in the following circumstances, regardless of age, Ontario residency, or Health Card status:

Hearing tests requested for employment purposes (e.g. occupational health assessments, workplace requirements)
Requests for a paper or written copy of hearing test results

If you are unsure whether your hearing test falls into one of these categories, please contact your nearest Hearing Clinic Group clinic before your appointment.

No Obligation to Purchase

Attending a free hearing test does not obligate you to purchase any product or service.

Appointment Availability

Appointments are subject to availability.

Please bring a valid Ontario Health Card to your appointment.

If eligibility requirements are not met, standard clinic fees may apply.

Privacy

Personal information collected during your appointment will be handled in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Offer

Hearing Clinic Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
