For over six years, I've entrusted Eddy Chow with managing my father's hearing aid needs, given my dad's severe hearing impairment. During this time, we've acquired two sets of hearing aids. Eddy has consistently been amiable and shown remarkable patience in adjusting my father's hearing aids. Considering the extent of my dad's hearing loss, fine-tuning each new device required considerable time and effort. Eddy Chow was very patient in explaining the steps of my first hearing aid experience. There were some gliches as left ear hearing aid was defective immediate upon receipt, but Eddy sent it back for a replacement with no problem. They were punctual with their appointment times which I appreciated. I would recommend Eddy as he was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

I am suffering from Tinnitus for many years and it got worse in the recent months and I could not sleep at all. Went to Maple Hearing Clinic and Eddy tested my hearing and helped me through with acquiring a nice hearing aid. Now I used the hearing aids a lot and I feel much better and am able to sleep. I want to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent post delivery services you provided me for the last 3 years especially the one three weeks ago. Understanding my need from my phone message left in the weekend you responded back immediately first thing in the following Monday morning. During my visit you understand my warranty will be expired soon you promptly expediate my matter and you followed up closely to ensure I can have my devices back as soon as I can. Last but not least, I was very surprised you allow me to pick up my devices before my office time and Eddy was waiting for me at the mall entrance since it was not yet open. Your after sale service and, your understanding customer needs and urgency is an excellent customer service model that I feel should be borrowed by others. I would definitely come back to you. No doubt I will recommend your services should someone asks me and tell them my experiences with you.

They have nice, patient and professional staff at Markham branch. My father bought two pairs of hearing aid for the past years. They have good after sales service and response quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend this Clinic.
