Signia is one of the leading hearing aid brands in the world. Their goal is to enhance human performance through iconic innovations that shape the prescription audio category.

Signia was an early developer of analog hearing aids and was among the first to ship digital hearing aids. It was a pioneer in miniaturization, developing the first hearing aids with directional microphones. And in 2004, it was first to develop wireless ear-to-ear connectivity to coordinate and balance sound inputs between two hearing aids.

Oticon’s mission began over 100 years ago. In 1904, Hans Demant wanted to help his wife Camilla live a better life, unhindered by her hearing loss. Hans helped Camilla with one of the first electronic hearing aids in the world.

From this foundation of care, Oticon grew with a passion to help people who need hearing support. We work constantly towards our vision of a world where hearing loss is no limitation. We innovate life-changing technology – and if that means we need to challenge conventions, then that is what we do.
