Had my hearing test today with Kyle. Not only a great guy but very professional. Didn’t try to oversell, and patiently answered all my concerns. By far some of the best service by a health professional I’ve ever received. Looking forward to giving them my business going forward. No wonder every single review is five star, all well deserved.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids since I was 16, I’ve never had anyone setup my hearing aids as well as Eddie does at Kingsway hearing. He understands the needs of the aid wearer, doesn’t just follow the ‘click click you’re done’ programming like other clinic/dispenser’s and works with the wearer to get their best sound quality. In my recent aid fitting (Aug 2020) I brought my acoustic guitar in and we ‘fine tuned’ the aids sound so my guitar sounded natural. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of another dispenser doing that for their customers.. but Eddie really works with/for his customers
