I've been to both the Scarborough and Markham branches and would like to share my review originally posted for the Markham location. "For more than six years, Eddy Chow has been the trusted manager for my father's hearing aid requirements, given my dad's significant hearing impairment. Over this period, we've acquired two sets of hearing aids. Eddy has consistently been friendly and displayed exceptional patience in adjusting my father's hearing aids. Given the severity of my dad's hearing loss, each adjustment for the new device demanded significant time and effort. Great experience,Iris is pleasant and efficient, Eddie is patient, professional and his customer service is excellent. He never upsells, only recommending your best option, which I learned from experience. Changes and cleans ear rubbers for you for free - never had this done before.
