Eddy Chow was very patient in explaining the steps of my first hearing aid experience. There were some gliches as left... ear hearing aid was defective immediate upon receipt, but Eddy sent it back for a replacement with no problem. They were punctual with their appointment times which I appreciated. I would recommend Eddy as he was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.read more

I am suffering from Tinnitus for many years and it got worse in the recent months and I could not sleep at all. Hi Angela and Eddy.I want to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent post delivery services you provided me... for the last 3 years especially the one three weeks ago. Understanding my need from my phone message left in the weekend you responded back immediately first thing in the following Monday morning. During my visit you understand my warranty will be expired soon you promptly expediate my matter and you followed up closely to ensure I can have my devices back as soon as I can. Last but not least, I was very surprised you allow me to pick up my devices before my office time and Eddy was waiting for me at the mall entrance since it was not yet open.
