Booking Appointments During Pandemic

With the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing risks, our office has adapted how we work in order to keep patients and staff safe while maintaining a high standard of care for you and your families.

Our office is now open by appointment only. Please note that patient schedules have specifically been designed to ensure that there is sufficient time between appointments to allow high frequency cleaning protocols.

Upon arrival, each patient must successfully complete a Covid-19 screening questionnaire prior to entering the clinic.

All patients must sanitize their hands upon entry to the clinic and are required to wear masks during the entire visit. We kindly request that patients arrive wearing their own mask, but if needed, one can be provided. Patients are also encouraged to sanitize their hands throughout the visit as needed, and prior to checking out.
