I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 16, I've never had anyone setup my hearing aids as well as Eddie does at Kingsway hearing. He understands the needs of the aid wearer, doesn't just follow the 'click click you're done' programming like other clinic/dispenser's and works with the wearer to get their best sound quality. In my recent aid fitting (Aug 2020) I brought my acoustic guitar in and we 'fine tuned' the aids sound so my guitar sounded natural. I don't think I've ever heard of another dispenser doing that for their customers.. but Eddie really works with/for his customers

Eddy Chow was very patient in explaining the steps of my first hearing aid experience. There were some gliches as left ear hearing aid was defective immediate upon receipt, but Eddy sent it back for a replacement with no problem. They were punctual with their appointment times which I appreciated. I would recommend Eddy as he was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

I am suffering from Tinnitus for many years and it got worse in the recent months and I could not sleep at all. Went to Maple Hearing Clinic and Eddy tested my hearing and helped me through with acquiring a nice hearing aid. Now I used the hearing aids a lot and I feel much better and am able to sleep. Rude receptionest and money hungry business... the test supposed to be free for people over 55 however when he knew i am from Nova Scotia he wanted to charge me $75.00....which is illegal..Every hearing test business they test for free....
